Hello, I have what I believe will be a highly sought after app, but I only have an idea not the finished product. I want to share it with you but have you sign an NDA. Please let me know if it's doable. Thank you
Hey there,
Unfortunately that will not be doable.
Tech companies generally, including Google, don't pay for unsolicited ideas.
The best way to get paid for an idea by Google is to either apply for a job and get hired by them; or to found your own company based on the idea and grow it to the point that Google is interested in purchasing it.
I'm not a tech guy, but I hired a developer and all he did was take almost 8,000 dollars of money I couldn't afford but knew that my idea is a winner. He said that he had coders that couldn't get the clarity needed for me to sell it. I asked him to test the waters with google and wasn't interested in doing that. He took me for a ride. This idea could piggyback on an app that google already has. I'm a disabled vet and have a limited income and I would be fine with a 10% cut from the sales of this product
Unfortunately this is not how Google's business model operates.
Could you please help me find a way to present this app to google.
Unless you are already a large software developer, you just won't be able to do this. Google does not have a retail-level pitch process. If it did, thousands of developers would be knocking on their door.
