I am receiving an error on my free Google Cloud Identity console.
We migrated users Google drive/mail over to Microsoft and have changed subscription to the free Cloud Identity plan. I now see this warning. How can I remove all the files to clear this up as I do not want any storage?

We have 23 free licences remaining but no paid Workspace licences. I can see some users still have files. Do I need end users to delete files or can I remove them from the admin console? Can I just turn off drive as it says it is still enabled?
