thanks, I installed it in PC bur the voice recording never wast sent to the chat, the important thing would be to fix it on the android app, thanks!

As reported in another thread, Area 120's Threadit is being built-in to Chat, so audio and video messaging will be a feature of Chat in the future.

That post is a few years old, no? 
No update ever since sadly.

No it is not.  It was just last year that Area 120 shut down Threadit, indicating that it was being built-in to Chat.  I can't say for sure, but I would expect it sometime this year.
