A couple of years ago we set up to use the GDPM for our mobile devices. We decided later to not use it for Android phones. We have downgraded the Android settings in the console from Advanced to Basic but the GDPM stays in affect and cannot be removed (many options to turn it off or remove are greyed out). We tried temporarily removing any Mobile management and still no luck. We have even tried removing the device from the console with the same results. So apps like Backup and Smart Switch cannot be used which we need. I thought about deleting the GDPM from the console but the warning seems to state it will only affect new devices. How can we delete the GDPM?
