How do I change the column that show under Google Contact Directory on the desktop app? Currently it has Name; Email; Phone Number (work); Job title and Addresss. I need it to show the staff members mobile number . Showing the work/office number is useless as we all work together and know our office number. The Directory is only a listing of staff in our organisation. HELP.
@angelao Google Workspace doesn't offer any options to change the display.

Given that it’s an internal-only directory, maybe the simplest solution is just to change how your directory is updated and put people’s mobile numbers in the “phone number” slot in the directory?
