Why can you not copy and paste folders? I have several google docs that operate as a checklist, and when I have to do a download and upload for the folders this does not format correctly- everything is in bullet points. It is not just inefficient to have to do a download and upload to copy a folder structure frequently used but some folders contain docs that have these checklists that create yet another steps to complete. Any workarounds or a copy and paste in motion for folders?

There is not yet this native feature in the Google Workspace solution.
You can make a suggestion of idea here in the community, as well as you can develop a tool for this purpose.

Thanks so much for the feeback! I am a little apprehensive to use the work around with having had an issue previously with another company providing an alternative solution to gmail email templates. Have you used this ready-made script frequently?
