Google Drive Mass Change File Sharing

Our organization would like to change all document (My Drive and Shared Drive) Link Sharing properties to Restricted.  

QUESTION: Is there a 3rd party GUI tool that can automate this task?

I'm aware of GAM and that it can likely perform this function at a command line level.

Here are some possible GUI options. I added in a few CASB options too but I don't know if they just monitor/alert or can make changes too.
