@Coly which Google Workspace edition are you subscribed to?
If you have Enterprise Standard or Enterprise Plus, you can access the Security Investigation Tool, to generate Drive Audit reports by document type (folder, Shared Drive, etc) and or Visibility (shared internally, externally, public with link, etc) and export the report to Google Sheets.
