Hi everybody.
I'm part of an organization (Google G Suite user) and I bought Google Drive 2TB subscription since years ago. It seems things have changed on Google, and I cannot longer manage my Google Drive subscription.
I need to change my Google Drive subscription. How can I do this? The manager does not pay my subscription. I do it with my own credit card, and I could manage my subscription without intervention of him.
What can I do?
Google recently discontinued that sort of individual storage subscription, so you won’t be billed for it going forward. If you need additional storage, it’ll be up to the folks that run Workspace for your organization to purchase/provide it.
(I have no idea why Google has chosen to do this, I just know they have based on similar threads here on GCC.)
Hope that helps, at least a little,
Ian
Hi Ian,
Thank you, but I'm afraid this is not the case. I'm still being charged monthly.
Sorry, I really don’t know more than I’ve read here, like at https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Workspace-Q-A/Workspace-drive-storage/td-p/405995
