Google Drive subscription of single user cannot be managed anymore

Hi everybody.

I'm part of an organization (Google G Suite user) and I bought Google Drive 2TB subscription since years ago. It seems things have changed on Google, and I cannot longer manage my Google Drive subscription.

I need to change my Google Drive subscription. How can I do this? The manager does not pay my subscription. I do it with my own credit card, and I could manage my subscription without intervention of him.

What can I do?

Google recently discontinued that sort of individual storage subscription, so you wonโ€™t be billed for it going forward. If you need additional storage, itโ€™ll be up to the folks that run Workspace for your organization to purchase/provide it.

(I have no idea why Google has chosen to do this, I just know they have based on similar threads here on GCC.)

Hope that helps, at least a little,

Ian

Hi Ian,

Thank you, but I'm afraid this is not the case. I'm still being charged monthly.

Sorry, I really donโ€™t know more than Iโ€™ve read here, like at https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Workspace-Q-A/Workspace-drive-storage/td-p/405995
