Es posible transferir la propiedad de archivos de google (sheet, docs, etc) de un usuario a otro fuera del dominio.

Si no es posible como podría transferir el contenido de un drive a otra cuenta de Workspace fuera de la organizacion?

It is possible to transfer ownership of google files (sheet, docs, etc) from one user to another outside the domain. If it is not possible, how could I transfer the contents of a drive to another Workspace account outside the organization?

Si la cuenta de origen tiene "shared drives" (probablemente "drives compartidas" o "unidades compartidas" en Español) es posible y nada complicado. Basta con que se pasen todos los archivos a una shared drive y que se añada el usuario externo como miembro con el nivel de acceso más alto. En seguida, el usuario externo puede mover los archivos de la shared drive y "robarlos" al domínio.

Hay que tener en cuenta que las configuraciones de compartimiento del dominio y de la shared drive en cuestión no deberán restringir de ninguna manera las opciones para compartir archivos con usuarios externos.

ENGLISH:

If the source account has "shared drives" it is possible and not complicated at all. Simply move all files to a shared drive and add the external user as a member with the highest access level. The external user can then move the files from the shared drive and "steal" them from the domain.

Note that the sharing settings of the domain and the shared drive in question should not restrict in any way the options to share files with external users.
