Google Drive

I used to be an ordinary 15 GB Google user using up around 12 GB 15 GB. As soon as I upgraded to 100 GB my usage changed to 54 GB of 100 GB. I have done nothing different that would cause this for example adding any files of any size and I just don't understand it.  Do you have any ideas? It would be nice to just understand it.

What type of Google paid cloud service are you using?

If you are using a Google One account the following link will help with managing Google Drive Storage: https://one.google.com/storage/management?

If you are using a Google Workspace account the following link will help with understanding the effects of GMAIL, Drive and Google Photos on your Google Drive Storage: https://one.google.com/storage

Note: You may want to Empty your Google APP Trash bins. If you installed any apps in your Google Drive this too takes up storage space. You might consider disconnecting the APPs from Google Drive. Note you can easily reconnect and disconnect an APP to drive as needed.
