A teacher had created a Google Form to collect responses from students. My child completed the form before the deadline (and checked it 3 times to ensure her responses had been saved). However, the teacher is saying that she did not get my child's response. Unfortunately, the teacher did not enable the Google Form setting which would send an email after getting a child's response. Is there any audit tool available for Google Forms that could show that my child submitted the info? Thank you in advance for your help!
Hello @FixCell2GetWell
Not on your side.
On the School side, It will be possible to check on the Google workspace admin console reports.
Can you tell me where in the Audit Investigation Tool, and what parameters to set, to find this information? it seems Form submission logs are eluding me
I have just been searching for Forms audit logs and I could not see anything relating to this.
Just got off a support call with Workspace and they have confirmed that this option does not exist currently. The only thing you can check for Forms is via the Form ID via Drive audit logs and all you can get is stuff like access change, form edit , publish , form visibility. Nothing at all around user interaction or responses
