Trying to deal with a company google group that was created for emails to a company "privacy@" email.
As the owner of the the group, I can set a single autoresponder, but that applies to EVERY email to "privacy@" and I cannot create filters with different template responses.
In your "personal" gmail, you can filter messages that come into your inbox and autorespond accordingly using templates (eg. filter all emails with "data deletion request" in the subject line and respond using template "xyz").
However, if the email is to a google group, even though you CAN filter it and CREATE a template autoresponse from your gmail box, it fails to send and gives the error "Sender is a group, ignoring bouncing groups"
As an owner of the google group, is there any way to filter messages and autorespond accordingly using templates?
