Google Meet is being muted by participants

I am using Business plus workspace account. The organiser and other participants are being muted by some participants While conducting Meet through my workspace. All the participants are outside domain. It need a option to disable the participant from muting others.

I believe there is a forth coming upgrade to Meet that allows you limit who can control the meeting.

It's referred to as "Co-hosting with Google Meet"
