Hi all,
My company has the Google Workspace for Non-profits plan, but nowhere do we see a listed limited for how many free staff we could have with this account.
In the past, I thought it was 100 or 150 users, and to clarify, I'M NOT REFERRING TO THE BUSINESS BASIC NOR THE BUSINESS PLUS plans...
We DO understand that the 2,000 user limit applies to the $3 monthly Business Basic and the $5 Business Plus plans... but what is the user limit for the " Google Workspace for Nonprofits $0 USD /user/month" plan?
We cant find this information anywhere! Thank you...
The only article I have found so far with a number is in https://support.google.com/a/answer/2858465?hl=en, which does say "If your organization qualifies for Google for Nonprofits, you can get Google Workspace for Nonprofits at no charge" so I am assuming the article is about the nonprofit edition that is free and it does say "
Some small print I found at another website: https://www.google.com/nonprofits/offerings/workspace/
"Google Workspace for Nonprofits and nonprofit discounts on Business Standard and Business Plus have a maximum limit of 2,000 users. There is no minimum or maximum user limit for discounted Enterprise plans." When this says "Google Workspace for Nonprofits" I would not be surprised if they do mean the free edition because of the way it is worded since it goes on to say "AND [emphasis mine] nonprofit discounts on Business Standard and Business Plus."
Hi,
If you are a non-profit organization, you should contact the Google Support Center and request Google to increase your user limit. My experience is that Google will get you more users.
Thank you.
