Google Photo Face Recognition

Hi! It's been about 3 years that Google Photo's Face Recognition doesn't work anymore, I tried to contact google photo support but they told me to speak with workspace support and Workspace Support told me to talk Google photo support...

Your face recognition is working?

For me since the Group similar faces is on under explore/search i get the peoples photos listed with name and the similar photos grouped under it.

Face grouping was disabled in Edu accounts back in Sept 2020. Emails were sent to admins and users at the time that were using face grouping. Unfortunately there are no mechanisms to turn this on from an admin or end user way.

I have logged a feature request that you should vote on if you want this feature to return.
Feature Request: [Google Photos] Enable face grouping as service option.

Perfect, as always I didn't receive the email about this topic back in 2020 and nobody at support told me nothing

Thank you for the opening of the feature request but the edu and the other workspace accounts are the same?
