Google Slides App

I have a teacher who has used slides all year long. She embeds YouTube timers and other links. When she "presents" her slides would show up on the screen and she could play the timer while the rest of the slide was showing. 

All of a sudden, when she opens her slide in the Google Slides app....it says docs.google.com at the top and it plays her timers Full screen instead of just showing up on the slide that is showing. 

I'm not sure how to help her. This has really affected her teaching as she relies on slides to run her classroom.

I would check if the video that the teacher is using has any type of promotional content, if there is promotional content or the user has made the video monetize, most likely you will not be able to embed the video as the commercials will usually not play on that type of actions
