Google Workspace Vs. AdSense age verification

Hello,
I've run into an issue creating an AdSense account for my company but without succes 😞 Google account says birthday setting isn't available, but AdSense requires it to create account!

In google workspace, all of our email addresses are set to "All users in this group or org unit are 18 or older". There is no Birthdate option for the business account. I get this error with each attempt to create an account.

The link to add a birth date is not available because apparently "brand accounts can be ineligible for age verification".

@UTIU are you having the education subscription by any chance?

usually, there is an option under directory settings to allow the users to update their birthday information

Thanks a lot @ajojose33333344  but I don't have "Birthday" option on/off in this section...
Anyway, I have to turn on Birthday for me (Admin) not for other users.

Could it be a PLAN problem? Should I switch to a different subscription to unlock AdSense? I don't understand...

I've read the FAQ between "Workspace type" comparisons but no one says "AdSense yes or not"  😞

You can not edit users birthday information within GWS for Education/Nonprofit, you can see in this article: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7326921?hl=en&fl=1&sjid=6625760452931504886-NA

@cong_pham got it and thank you for sharing it, but we do have the option to mark the users as older than 18 years, so the question is whether we can use the education id to create AdSense or not.

Most probably it's not possible but I have suggested contacting their team to clarify this because if it is by any chance available @UTIU  will not have to add another subscription.

Hi guys, someone recommends buying/add a workspace business license to be assigned to the user/mail who manages the youtube channel and AdSense.

But this "Change a user’s license to a different subscription" trick doesn't seem to work with our "Google workspace for education fundamentals" FREE PLAN. I can't add other (PAID) License from the Admin Panel > Billing > Subscriptions

Perhaps because they would come under the umbrella of a free license...

Any Idea?

I have a non-education paid version of Google workspace. I am very frustrated because every time I try to set up or create an account with Google Ad Sense or Google ad manager. It keeps telling me to verify my age.  I go to every link and all the links. Tell me to go to a link to verify my age, but then it says there's no need for me to verify my age.  I keep getting directed in circles. I keep calling different numbers. I keep doing everything and at this point I'm extremely frustrated. I just want to create an account so I can put ads on my iOS application.

Every time I try to do anything it just tells me that I need to verify my age. I put the age inside of the birthday field and it still does not let me create an ad account. At this point, I'm willing to switch to Microsoft services if it comes to it because at least then I don't have to go through this convoluted process.
