Google Workspace to Google Workspace migration using Google Workspace Migrate

Has any have the experiencing of using Google Workspace Migrate? I have it setup in Google Cloud to migrate about 50 users and 750GB of data. It has been running the scan for over 17hours without no end in sight. If the scan is taking this long, how long would the actual migration take?

Unfortunately, Google's migration service is notoriously slow. Especially emails can take forever. I recommend cloudm.io as a *much* faster alternative.
