Google buisness suspended

So I have attempted to create a google buisness page. However after creating it and it being verified they just recently took it back down. All it says is I’ve violated guidelines which makes no sense because everything is info wise is correct and from the guidelines I read I’m not breaking them. I’ve sent in a re evaluation but no response yet. Last night I went in while it was suspended and changed my name as I decided on something that fit me more and updated it. Will this affect me as well?

**It's frustrating when your Google Business page is taken down for violating guidelines, especially if you believe you've followed them correctly.**

**Here are some possible reasons why your page might have been suspended and steps you can take:**

1. **Incorrect Information:** Double-check all the information you provided, such as your business name, address, and category. Ensure it's accurate and consistent with your business.
2. **Duplicate Listing:** If you already have another Google Business listing for a similar business, it might be causing a conflict. Check for any existing listings and merge them if necessary.
3. **Policy Violations:** Review Google's Business Profile policies carefully. Look for any specific guidelines that might have been violated, such as promoting prohibited products or services, using misleading information, or engaging in spammy practices.
4. **User Reports:** Sometimes, other users can report your business profile for violations. If you've received any negative feedback or reports, it might have led to the suspension.

**Regarding your recent name change:**

* **Impact on Suspension:** While changing your business name might not directly affect the suspension, it's essential to ensure that the new name complies with Google's guidelines.
* **Re-evaluation:** The re-evaluation process might take some time. Be patient and wait for a response from Google.

**If you believe the suspension was a mistake, here's what you can do:**

1. **Provide Additional Information:** If you have any supporting documents or evidence to prove that you're not violating guidelines, provide them with your re-evaluation request.
2. **Appeal the Decision:** If you're still not satisfied with the outcome, you can appeal the suspension. Google's support team will review your case and provide a decision.

**Remember, patience is key.** It might take some time for Google to review your case and resolve the issue.

**Would you like to share more details about your business and the specific reasons you believe your page was suspended?** This information might help me provide more tailored advice.

Hi I was suspended and lost appeal. I waited a few weeks and tried again and uploaded the AZ Real Estate board to show my license and office address. I'm at a loss. I keep getting "Content that violates our policies on deceptive content and behavior isn't allowed. Deceptive content intentionally misleads or deceives others." Yet for life of me I cannot figure out what they are referring to. I even did a verification video showing office and taking elevator to the street level and showing street signs. Is there no other way to get someone to help? I have a new website ready to launch and 2 new listings. I would hate to have my profile of the past 7 years with reviews erased.

I also found it to be very difficult to work through the business appeals process as well for my customers.  I'm afraid however that this is a group of fellow admins so I don't have any specific recommendations except to keep appealing.  Did they give you any hints as to what they found as an issue?  Commiserating, KAM
