There is no chat or call option for Google workspace??? Seriously guys!? Please help if you know it. I’m trying to cancel my subscription but can’t locate my account and can’t reach anyone at Google. This is like a joke!

Did you already follow the steps in the documentation for cancelling Google Workspace ?
