Google drive no longer supported

Can some one please explain this and what I need to do? This makes no sense as only one of my users received this. And I tried to contact Google but, "there were no agents available please try again later.

Also, I really just use this for my family, so I'm not an experienced admin. Layman's talk is appreciated.

Hi @ben38 Can you please download the latest version of Google Drive for Desktop? 

If your operating system is Win 7, you may need to find a compatible version of Drive for Desktop or upgrade your OS to Win 10 at least. But it will probably keep saying this notice as long as you are using unsupported old versions.
