I hope everyone is having a good weekend! Due to the on-going issues for the long duration I wanted to see if there are any admins going through some of the issues and cases open for months since last year in November 2021 that are still open with no follow up. I am an organization owner and paying for google workspace service with bizarre issues like 2 read receipts for one email with promised help but zero. In addition, there is no full access to my admin privileges even when I am the super admin, google gave out confidential info to unknown customer and did it again last night with no follow up on what happened and why they did this, and these issues persist while the cases have been open since November of last year 2021. Looking for any feedback or input by other admins! Thanks ahead of time!!
