What is an "executive internet data" charge?
Google Meet has many features that are available according to the tier of service that you buy or use. Many companies have different levels of premium features for their online products and services; Google is not unique in this.
If you pay for the top-tier of Google Workspace (Enterprise tiers), then you'll get to use all of the myriad features of Google Meet, and conversely if you use a free consumer Google account then you'll get access to the basic level of Google Meet features.
That said, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Google temporarily made available premium Google Meet features to all users. To my knowledge this giveaway has ended, and Google Meet features are again tier based.
