Google slides 'unexpected error occured'

Hello, I'm currently working out of a slides presentation that's 1gb in size (estimated). 

I cannot download the file, I can download the last 50 slides and the first 50 slides, however not in it's entirety. Is this because there is a maximum download limit? Thank you.

Hey @MergeTom,

According to the help center article Files you can store in Google Drive The maximum file size of the Google Slides presentation is 100 MB - this might be the reason why you facing issues with editing/downloading that file. I would suggest splitting it into a few slide-decks, that should help with the performance and accessibility.
