I need help and I'm caught in a death loop on Google for the past 6 months. Google tried to charge an expired card for a monthly subscription to google workspace. I added two other active cards to the account, and deleted the card which was expired. Google did not charge these new cards, and deactivated my account. in subscriptions, google will not allow me an option to renew, make payment, or add a subscription. Google help does not concieve of the issue o have, and I cannot progress the matter. I have tried everything, all help forums, but no one can explain why i cant make a payment ort renew through the admin console. Active cards are there, I have tried to make manual payments to get through the barrier but cannot even do that. i run a business through the email and this is really hurting me. multiple important accounts are tied to the email account and I cannot access it. Would greatly appreciate help form a real person (haven't been able to find one yet and its been 6 months!).

Are you able to still login to your admin.google.com?
If yes, Have you opened a support ticket?
