Gsuite account closed and still being charged 2 months after!

I had my account closed some 40 days ago, I guess issue was I used 2PT of drive storage and they did not like it, OK whatever

Issue is they still charge me from my credit card last month and today also even account I have no access to account I can not contact anyone as I am only owner ow domain and my account and ALL is closed!?!

If I enter my private email while trying to login to gsuid admin console I get reply from bot google address which can not be replied, that I should contact administrator or other domain owner

But I am THE ONLY ONE!

I contacted gsuite twitter support, they pointed me at page for recovery, now they ask me to prove my domain ownership but guess what domain is also from same gsuit account ๐Ÿ˜…

If you had an annual plan, so you still have to pay until the end of your annual contract though you canceled the account.

As far I can tell I had monthly plan, and I did not cancel it, they closed my account for violating TOS (what ever that mean) 

I only used team drive for storage and only my personal project files (generated from my blockchain project) where saved there and not shared to anyone so 100% legal

Sure I used 2PT of storage but that is not against TOS

 

Still waiting to try to reopen account and if not will ask for billing cancelation

 

I had business standard so its flexible plans as stated:
"The Annual/Fixed-Term Plan is not available if you sign up for Business Plus, Standard, or Starter edition directly online"

Google is allowed to cancel accounts due to violations of the Terms of Service (example, Google Workspace exact terms of service is located at https://workspace.google.com/terms/premier_terms.html). Did Google happen to send you an email or a message of it? If you have a copy of it, feel free to share it since actually notices like that sometimes indicate if you are able to appeal the process or not.
For specifically regarding canceling Google Drive storage, have you tried to go through https://support.google.com/drive/gethelp? (I know that is what typically consumers go through for storage issues along with https://support.google.com/pay/gethelp with payment of the storage issues). I will note that typically subscriptions for Google Drive (so when you buy more storage) renews automatically unless you specifically cancel it so because you can't access the account to cancel the Drive subscription is why I would recommend going through my above links. 

They did not send any email at all, service just got disabled from admin to gdrive to email...

I managed to get in contact with workspace support, so far they declined to reopen account (no reason given at all other then when I try to login it say I was disabled due TOS breach which is pure lie ...)

Atm I wait on billing cancelation

As I said I was very heavy team drive user, I have blockchain project which use storage and I stored some 2 PT of myself generated hash files, also I used my own server to upload it there

So defo not against TOS as they do not mention crypto or blockchain being against their TOS

For storage I used team drive as its advertised as unlimited storage..... I know P PT or 2000 TB is a lot but still do not call it unlimited if you gona ban ppl for thinking its unlimited!

 

Last email today from support just state:

"I have just received the result from the investigation and unfortunately it is not positive. The account will remain suspended"

As they only get info for google security they do not know reason why they disabled me

Same issue here. Cancelled my gsuite and the charge still happened on my card! I can't cancel the card without adding another one to be charged instead! For a such big and modern company, the help and information they provide are ridiculous! No chat to talk to a person, no clear information around refund when it is their mistake! Honestly, it is frustrating!!!
