HIPAA compliant texting through google voice?

I need HIPAA compliant calls and texting. I have google workspace with a BAA for HIPAA compliance. If I purchase google voice, is it also HIPAA compliant?

Thanks, I'm pretty naive to all this. Does this mean that it is only HIPAA compliant between managers or is it also for client texting? Wondering about that with email too. Is my BAA good for just staff within my organization or if I email clients, is that HIPAA compliant? Thanks for you help

What this means is that the service Google Voice, Gmail, and the others listed there are compliant as products. Your usage of them in a compliant way is not something that Google can comment on as we are not an authority on HIPAA.

For that you would need to work with compliance auditors and partners in this space to ensure your usage of such products can meet the required regulations. See the relevant documentation here. You may also find useful information in page 24 of this, but ultimately Google is not the entity that signs off on a customer's HIPAA compliance state.
