Hi, I'm Willie and I am excited to meet everyone!
I joined Google in 2019 and I am a Community Manager for the GCC. I am a Bay Area native (born in San Francisco and raised in the Peninsula). I lived in the Portland, OR for a few years but the Bay Area is my forever home.
I plan to be the point person for all Community related questions. If you've got ideas for improvement, please share them with me. You will see me in the Community helping out with moderation, fielding questions, and engaging with you all. I'm looking forward to being able to interact with new people and take advantage of the community's full potential!
Outside of Community, I enjoy hiking, camping, and the beach. If you have any hiking recommendations in the Bay Area, please send them my way.
