How can I disable the "reply to all" button?

How can I disable the "reply to all" button? Employees on a general mailing list(group) - send questions.(information). And others do not answer personally, o send their answers to all group... Which leads to unnecessary and many letters

The Reply All button cannot be disabled. Your best option here is user education.

You cant disable it but if you can get people used to sending emails to general mailing lists using the bcc option instead, the reply to all will not go to everyone as they will not see them, they will only reply to the person who sent it.
