How can I set up a rule that forwards emails directly sent to a user after hours?

I would like to have an option that allows users incoming emails to be forwarded to an after-hours address. Many users are included in groups that are forwarded incoming depending on the projects they are working on. Any account that is forwarded these emails is currently told not to do anything that creates an automated response because then that message is sent to everybody who sends an email to that group. Clients are asked to send emails to those groups and they shouldn't be receiving emails from people unless they are messaging that person directly

 

The support team has not been able to suggest a solution and asked that I submitting a suggestion through this forum.
