I've been getting charged $7.20 from GOOGLE APPS_COMME WEB ID: F770493581 for the past few years and I have no idea why or how to contact Google about it. Every time I login to my Google Workspace account and follow all of the prompts everyone says to follow to contact support it goes nowhere, the AI bot just keeps linking me to articles on how to contact support with no actual options to contact a human. When I call the support phone number it asks for a support PIN number from the online support prompt, but I have no way of getting there.
At this point it's hundreds of dollars I've been charged and I've been trying for over a year to try and contact someone about it with no success at all. It feels very scammy and overly complicated just to be able to contact support about such a basic issue. I've never had this problem with anyone else like PayPal or Apple, only Google.
