Hello there, how is everyone doing ?
1st post here, quick intro: Been in the IT business for 20+ years, mainly as a systems engineer, and interacting more and more with PaaS/SaaS in the recent years. GW customer (SME), user and admin for 3+ years.
As "life happens", things evolve, break, etc.. nothing new here ๐ And lately, this has led me to open tickets when facing issues that I couldn't explain/diagnose/fix with what I found online, and seemed to point to bogus/faulty behavior beyond admin control.
Despite abundant experience interacting with various support services (albeit not for cloud services), I have yet to experience any remote kind of success with GWS' support (success meaning "issue resolution" or "viable explanation" here).
So I'm wondering if anyone would feel sharing their own, especially if you had some form of success, along with possible tips and tricks that helped getting results.
Obviously, as engaging with GW support is (AFAIK) limited to admins, the issues I submitted weren't basic "how to" questions for Docs or Sheets, but more along the lines of file transfer errors while merging GW orgs, and having "PDF to Doc" OCR failing in use cases that worked in the past.
Looking forward to read from other GW admins !
