How to Fix Google Workspace Emails Going to Spam?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been facing an issue where emails sent from my Google Workspace account are landing in recipients’ spam folders instead of their inboxes. This is affecting important communications, and I’d like to resolve it as soon as possible.

Here’s what I’ve checked so far:

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records – They are set up correctly.
  • Email content – No spammy words or excessive links.
  • Sending reputation – My domain is not blacklisted.
  • Recipient side filters – Some users have checked and confirmed my emails are marked as spam automatically.

Despite this, the issue persists. Is there anything else I should check or configure? Has anyone else faced this problem and found a reliable fix?
