I am attempting to download the latest Workspace SOC 2 report from the Compliance Reports Manager (https://cloud.google.com/security/compliance/compliance-reports-manager) but am unable to even log in.
I have Google Workspace Admin privileges on our Enterprise account as well as a fully activated GCP account. On the Reports Manager page when I click "Sign In" I am just redirected back to the same page and still not signed in. If I visit the Reports Manager when not signed in I am prompted to log in. Upon successful log in I am redirected to the same page but still not signed in.
I need copies of the SOC 2 report for our documentation (we are a healthcare company and have out own SOC 2, etc)
Does anyone know how to get access to this report? I can download the SOC 3 without being authenticated but the SOC 2 is unavailable to me. The only guidance from Google is to "contact support"
Do others see the same behavior where it is impossible to be signed in on the Reports Manager page?
