It is impossible for me to change the country/region of the payments profile in the admin settings & the support of the Google team is unfortunately awful and far from helpful.
Does anybody have help with that?

Well such basic tasks should not require an external service
This is a "basic task" in the sense you're thinking of it as just a text input box. In reality this is changing many things from a process/legal/contract point of view to associate billing information for an entity with a different profile. It is not a "basic task" in that sense ๐

Google's billing system doesn't allow changing the billing country once it is set, so you need to ask a Google Partner to do this for you.
@CloudGuardians can you change that for someone located in Asia?

I've wrongly set up the Country/Region as the USA but it should really be in Singapore. Can you help?
In that case you should contact a Google Partner that operates in the US, and ideally in Asia. This way, the Partner will be authorized to work with both the current and the intended countries.

@Innocent I am sorry to say but Google several years ago announced the end of storage subscriptions for Workspace except for a 10TB $300 USD/month add-on. If you need more storage, you must usually implement pooled storage with your exist users, add more users to add more pooled storage, or upgrade your workspace SKU to a higher one.
