How to turn off the "Home" button homepage view of Google Drive?

How do I turn off the Google Drive homepage display? I don't want to see the homepage tab for all my users anymore. This is because it suggests files that the staff shouldn't know about.

Security-through-obscurity is rarely a good choice. It would be far better to set the sharing permissions for the confidential files properly so that staff who are not supposed to see them do not have access to them.

(And no, there's no way to turn off the Home screen in Drive. It is possible for a user to set their Drive to default to My Drive instead of Home under their Drive settings, but Home is still there.)
