I can't access Google Workspace

Hi,

I tried to create a Google Workspace for my business, but it said that it's already created (perhaps several years ago I really created).

So I tried to sign in, but it said I just can sign in with Workspace account not normal personal account (I think I used non-personal account).

So please help me to create/recover my business account.

Try to log in to your old account if you have the data that you need. if you don't need data anymore you can fill the following form. If no one in your company recalls using Google Workspace/Cloud Identity before, please fill in the following form with the domain you are trying to sign-up for and contact the email address where we can reach you so Google support can help you with sign-up.
