I set up my workspace and then my Google Cloud to use a virtual machine. In the setup process, I always set up my security for 2FA, I remember clicking something so that security keys are a necessity. I walked away from my desk and returned to see that I timed out my session. After trying to sign back in, I received an error message that said google could not verify my identity. Even though I used the correct password and a security key it still says that. Maybe I was supposed to enable security keys somewhere in that process and overlooked it. I cannot do anything now because I'm locked out. I can't get anyone at Google to help me over the phone. They will answer the phone to sell you something but as soon as I bring up technical support, CLICK!!!! Everything I found online is a dead end. I was able to send an email asking them to turn off my 2fa, which they did, but only for The account and not for my admin console. I was on a creative wave when this occurred and now Im going nuts with frustration. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
