I need both a trouble ticket expert and google partner expert as it pertains to Google Cloud…..

Hello, I am new to Google Cloud and now have a paid support plan per Google Cloud sales recommendation.  Sales told me 2 absolute lies I think just to make a sale and that was first they told me that because I had a free workspace nonprofit account, that the google cloud support team and the google development team that worked on Cloud products would totally program my domains into the cloud for free, no charge.  Unfortunately late last night I verified that was a totally untrue statement.  Cloud support does NOT do customer application programming and support, in turn, told me that the developers cannot be bothered with programming various customer features in Cloud. 

I told sales up front that I had no programming skills of ANY kind and they said that their tech support and development team would get me fixed up which are both lies.  I verified this morning with a workspace manager that the Cloud support team or developers would NOT do ANY programming.  Which of course now leaves me in the dark with a nonfunctional, non programmed Cloud setup.

So in order to finish up this domain migration and setup process into my new Cloud, quite obviously it is clear that I am going to have to take on and/or hire a Google Partner that specializes in working with both nonprofit agencies like me plus I will require that they are both Cloud and Workspace experts as well.  After 2 full days now I need to have a partner take charge here and now because as a business I just cannot leave both of my domains nonfunctioning and broken down now midway in being migrated from Workspace to my new Cloud account.

So now, I have a huge favor to ask all you Cloud experts here in this community - I need to know WHO or WHICH Google Partner that you would recommend that has direct nonprofit setup experience for nonprofits as I am.  My only rule in finding a partner is that I require that they be USA based - nothing overseas because I am not willing to deal with a crazy time zone difference and/or possible language barrier.

I was told this morning that in the New York City area there are a select few true Google Cloud experts that have a ton of nonprofit migration and setup experience.  Any of you know which Google Partner this might could be?   If not NYC, then anywhere that is US based.  Personally I am based in the State of Kansas on the central time zone.  But I am willing to deal with all USA time zones if a partner can give me quality services.

I do have a pending Cloud support ticket number that is 29201496 .  I have no issues with anyone or a community leader/expert to read the ticket.  I do not even understand what it says or means.

I will be working on what is my Workspace to Cloud transformation all day today until fixed.  I work with very high risk clients and I am not allowed legally to just leave them stranded with no communication.

Hi @erikceo - welcome to the community. I have moved your post to the Workspace discussions forum because it sounds like you are trying to set up your domain for Workspace. Here is a webinar that describes how to do that. 

@erikceo simply use the Google Cloud Partner Database: 

This tool allows you to set your region and expertise required and you'll find partners nearby. I did a quick search and it suggested a couple in the US.
