I need help to recover my Permenant deleted account

I need help with my problem cuz I used my old account to all my social media and Videogame platforms I got locked out of my account and I cant go log in my account cuz of "child services" and stuff and I live in germany and I am 15 years old and I am trying to get my account back I tried family link but didnt really work and befor I thought it was fine because I can wait till I turn 16 but then I tried to do the family link but it was to late because my account is deleted and I am trying to get some help I tried the Forms and stuff but Its kinda confusing and trying to understand how to actully recover my account simply 

Can somebody help me please?

If you are a workspace user (so account owned by a school or business), ask your admin for assistance. https://support.google.com/a/answer/6208960?hl=en maybe be able to give you a hint on who the admin is. If you are part of an education setting, then speak to your teacher for assistance and they should be able to direct you to who the admin is for the domain. Your admin will then hopefully follow the instructions in https://support.google.com/a/answer/1397578?hl=en. 

If your account is just a general @ gmail.com account, then account recover instructions are located at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en along with tips at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7299973?hl=en. Then the best help community for your usage would be the Google Account Help Community located at https://support.google.com/accounts/community?hl=en. 
If your account was under Family Link, then the support option for that would be most likely https://support.google.com/families/contact/families_email.

Hi! I just deleted my Workspace Google Account. I didn't know, that it would also delete my Youtube Channel. When going through the recovery steps I always end with this prompt: "Contact your domain admin for help". I am the Admin. I have no idea where to go. Google does not offer contact support...
