I need to resubmit my non-profit request, but it’s not working.

I requested a workspace for a non-profit, but I don’t have a subscription. When I try to request it again, it says the domain is already registered. I can’t access the Gmail account, even through I have access to the admin console. I need to resubmit my non-profit request, but it’s not working.
