I signed up for workspace via cloudns

Please help me. A while ago I applied for google education and I didnt get approval now im just trying to get the google workspace membership i have paid for to work through cloudns. There is no login credentials or any account attached to my old admin account that once asked me to confirm my domain. Please help I’m stuck and I’m going in circles.

1)Have you tried contacting the cloud dns team?

2)Is there any data in the old account?

3)do you want to purchase a google workspace subscription directly from Google (if you don't need/have any data much more easier the process will be)

4)If you are stuck at any specific step please help us with an error screenshot.
