I want to cancel progress tasks at Google Admin 'transfer tool to migrate unmanaged users'

At Google Admin Console, I created tasks that 'transfer tool to migrate unmanaged users'.
But, I accidentally included an e-mail address that doesn't create Google Account.
The tasks are still working in progress, in spite of I created it over 10 days ago.

Now, I cant' use 'transfer tool to migrate unmanaged users'.
Because when I create a new task, it works in progress, and never finish...

I want to cancel all tasks working in progress now, and I want to use 'transfer tool to migrate unmanaged users' again.
However, I use Cloud Identity Free, so I can't contact with Google Support.

How can I resolve this situation...
Need help.
