I would like to share some of my experiences regarding the rules given by gsuite/workspace. A few years ago, gsuite/workspace gave some email delivery subscribers access to the same as smtp-relay.gmail.com/smtp.gmail.com.
I want to ask a few things, regarding the limit of the gsuite/workspace smtp for this year. I have followed several steps such as providing an account balance of 30$ so that my email sending account can exceed the send limit which previously could reach 7000 emails per day using the smtp-relay.gmail.com server host. But now I can't, where is my problem? there is a notification of the problem, which is like the following photo.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
I only sent emails less than 100 but the sending limit is already.
I recommend you take a look at this KB, https://support.google.com/a/answer/2956491#zippy=%2Creview-sending-limits-for-the-smtp-relay-servic... and open a ticket with Google Support with your Workspace admin panel.
You are hitting this limit:

How do I get my workspace/g suite account to send more than 100 emails a day. I've charged 50$ and have been waiting for more than 24 hours, but my gsuite/workspace account can't send more than 100 emails a day. What is the gsuite/workspace balance in order to exceed 100 emails a day? Please help
Check out the "Limits increase for paid accounts" section of https://support.google.com/a/answer/166852?hl=en#zippy=%2Climits-increase-for-paid-accounts for those details.
But according to that same page, the limit should actually be 500/day for trial accounts and 2,000/day once the limit increases for a paid account. If you're only able to send 100 messages/day, you might want to contact support (https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en )
Hope that helps, at least a little,
Ian
