Integrate another account in GMail

Hello,

In GMail I have the option of integrating an additional e-mail account via POP3. Is it possible to restrict this POP3 service so that I can only integrate accounts from my own GWS terminal?
Or is it possible that I can enable POP3, but can only access it from accounts in my GWS-Tendet?
