Ios Device policy not getting sync

Hello 

I have a user in which ios device getting attached error.

The user account was recently reactivated the user is able to login from laptop but iphone getting attached error we have tried clearing sign in cookies from admin console reset the user password and uninstalled and reinstalled device policy app still same error

Im also facing the same issue. Tried all the ways and didnt find a fix. Anyone have any workaround ?

An iOS app (https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/unified) has likely been marked as 'required' or managed with a custom configuration. The end user needs to install/update that app, or uninstall it and then re-install it from Google Device Policy in order for it to be managed by Google.
