Is there a way to pull the user data(leads)from the marketplace SDK? For example: Say to an HTTPS endpoint that we can route to our CRM or maybe simply download the user data CSV- Essentially, we want to gather more insights from the installation data and leverage maximum benefit on the usage pattern.
Recently, we (internal users +our customers) have started facing issues with the installation of the Signeasy add-on from the workspace, A common pattern that we looked into hinted that users who have multiple google accounts are being blocked from installing the workspace add-on. Is it a known behaviour? Is there any restriction on the number of accounts that can be used per user? If yes, how are the users getting identified (device/IP address/ etc.)
In a recent call with one of our customers, they mentioned that the Gmail add-on was blocked from installation by the IT team. Is there any reason why a workspace app would get blocked? Can you maybe help us with a few admin rights that affect the installation of add-ons?
On 01/08, there was an exponential spike in the installation by 72k and on 05/08, the number fell by about 70k. I assumed it to be a console glitch as (week on week) the growth curve had a constant ~4k. Today 06/09, the installation number has dropped by ~70k again. This is highly unlikely that so many users would uninstall the app within a week. Our internal analytical dashboard isn't showing a downward trend in Registration either by such a huge drop.
