Issue with Extensions Disappearing on Chrome Managed Browsers

Hi everyone,

We recently deployed Chrome managed browser to production and now have about 1,000 browsers enrolled. However, weโ€™ve encountered an issue where some users report that their extensions disappear after restarting their browser or computer. To fix this, weโ€™ve had to either clear cache and cookies or wipe the Chrome profile entirely, requiring the user to log back in.

They donโ€™t appear in the toolbar or function properly. While weโ€™ve heard slightly different accounts from users, the one common thread is that all affected browsers are managed.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Iโ€™m looking for advice on where to start troubleshooting. Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same issue. This is really frustrating... We've tried EVERYTHING. Does anyone have any possible insight into this?
